PRIVACY POLICY


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You will receive a Mae by Sara return form with your order, you must fill out the relevant details and send this with your returned purchase within 14 days.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange the item purchased then simply email info@maebysara.co.uk or call +44 (0) TBC and we will arrange this for you.


REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase.

Refunds outside the UK will be refunded excluding taxes and duties.


OUR POLICY

All items should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All items returned must be confirmed first by email.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.


LATE RETURNS

Items should be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Mae by Sara LTD and may only be refunded as a store credit.


FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
